He was a tard for getting caught.  I sold weed the last 3 years of highschool and never got caught once.  You are lucky that a. they did not have him arrested and b. they had to catch him twice (this is unheard of!).

You can get that thing that takes a felony or misdemeanor off your record. Costs a lot though, and you can only do it once.

i believe you're referring to the "get out of jail free* card"


*not actually free costs a ton

Or is he talking about a diversion program.  I really would think that he would be able to still have a successful and legal life.  It's not that big of a deal, imo.  He just needs to navigate the murky waters of the legal system to get to the other side.

I doubt they'll do diversion for a sophomore in high school...probably community service, etc...then like you said record is sealed.
I think it happens when you turn 18 though.

yeah 18-21 there are diversion programs but most common is YO-Youthful Offender
