 How I made it big. Poor Boy to rich man

I'm going to skip the sob poor me story and get right to the point. Poor to rich.
This did not happen over night.
It did start with keeping a tight circle. Even though it was my crew, I still trusted no one.
Once this was established we needed a cash flow and we needed it quick. The quickest way to stack cash, you ask. Cocaine, doggie.
The trick is to start small and slow. Over the years we went from selling grams, to ounces to keys. This was not an easy task either. I lost a lot of good guys to 3meals or death, but I came out on top. Better them then me.
As soon as I hit my goal, I got out. I gave up all my stock in exchange for my freedom. I took the money and ran
My next step... Invest in a studio and equipment. The next 3 years was a long hard struggle. No one was hearing what I brought to the table. I was getting booted from clubs and venues, no one wanted my mixtapes, and I couldn't get a single guy to stay on board.
I just about came to an end. I was a click away from selling everything I owned. My old life style called out my name and that old familiar friend welcomed my triumph return.
But then, I got an unexpected phone call.
My single, Your Blood In My Teeth, hit big in Europe and they wanted more!
Fast forward 2 years later and I'm on my 3rd album, 5th tour, and 356 million in my bank account.
I bring this story to you as a gift. Take what I learned and use it.

In Costa Rica the average wage is around 10-18$ a day! Certified electricians make $22 (standard wage).
I pay $50-60 a day + 32% for extra insurance (on site + home time/ family insurance). Im one of the highest paying employers here for locals. So they can put with a dickhead boss.
Im for sure not a easy guy to put up with. Jose put 410a in a R22 system last week. I fucking chewed him out for 20 mins straight in front of everyone and sent him home.
