How did he expect people to give him money when he wasn't telling how he was going to help the poor. He should have a sigh saying what organization he works for. How does anybody know that his way of helping the poor is buying crack rocks with the money so the poor dealer can afford a new BMW.

This is a very bad way to conduct a social experiment. It was clearly designed to be seen from a one-sided view. It is difficult to convince people that can think for themselves this way. Like mag said, who the hell knows where that money is going.
I was really pissed when the video first started(which I suppose was the point), but giving money to strangers isn't exactly what I call an act of kindness. Donate to your local food bank and volunteer at soup kitchens/homeless shelter if you really want to help. Don't belittle people that already suffer.
