Lay in the bath man, If you have access to a pool or a hot tub then all the better! Drink lots of fluids and plenty of Vitamins. the worst part of withdraws occurs between 48-72 hours after your last dose. so you should start feeling better after that. Also, if you have been using for any extended period of time your body has stopped producing endorphins, which is the natural pain killer you get when you experience pain. Starting a daily exercise regiment will make you feel better much faster because exercise makes your body produce endorphins! anyway, hang in there you will be much happier not having to get high every day! Come back here, there are plenty of people willing to help.

I'm around. I haven't felt the greatest for the last two days, and have been quite moody.
Don't get offended if i'm not 100% nice, it's a part of the deal.
Quitting REALLY fucks w/ your emotions and brain chemistry, so if I don't seem myself then shake it off, because I'm probably not serious, I just need to vent my anger/emotions so they don't build and cause a meltdown.
I haven't smoked more than a couple onies in the last 2-3 days so that's a major contributor to my attitude. I'm a very mellow and pleasant person, but when I'm out of Cannabis I tend to not be so nice and have a short fuse. I'm sorry.
How are you guys?

a ton of flavors of ice cream/frozen yogurt then about 100 toppings.
