You have to be strong inverted and know that if you fall off the wagon you have to go through all the agony you just went through to get back to where your at this day in your life! Your a strong man, and need to be able to accept the rest of the world for what it is and to just focus on you at this time! If you feel that this is too much for you to handle at this time, that is understandable in my eyes too! It takes time.
