If its early in flowering you can do it pretty easily.. I have found though after a while it gets harder to do..

Best thing to do is try it! cut some bottom branches off dip them in rooting compound ( gel powder whatever) , then put into a cloner ( I built an uber little cloner with a $6.00 aquarium pump, airstone, plastic cup, net pot filled with hydroton)

You can put them in dirt as well, cloners are just faster..

Have you cloned in dirt b4?

^lol, except for that plant you posted a pic of in the thunderdome!

I am curious what the success rate is respective to the length they were in flowering at the time the cutting was taken.  I have a plant that is about 2 or so weeks from finishing.  I was going to try to cut all the buds off and try to revert the entire plant back to vegging.  I also thought about taking a clone.  Need to do more research before i decide on a strategy.  Anyway, im interested to hear what the old timers have to say about it.

Are you then planning on putting them back into vegg?

All of the statements and posts I make or have made are fake. I just found all the pictures and copied and pasted them here. I am in no way associated with any of the materials discussed here. I'm just bored, and lame.

its nearly impossible to find the direct answer to what your looking for here, even if the info is out there, search results are garbage you have to be very specific yet very simple in what you type.. 90% of the time the "##% relevance" is completely irrelevant. if only the information could be a more organized archive. i wonder what knowledge the library of Alexandria had on mj.

"and take me disappearing, through the smoke rings of my mind,
down the foggy ruins of time, far past the frozen leaves,
the haunted frightened trees, out to the windy beach,
far from the twisted reach, of crazy sorrow.
yes the dance, beneath the diamond sky, with one hand waving free,
silhouetted by the sea, circled by the circus sands,
with all memory and fate, driven deep beneath the waves,
let me forget about today, until tomorrow."~bob dylan

I use the Schultz rooting compound from Wal-mart, I cut my clones dip in water dip in the powder tap off excess, then put in moist dirt..

DO NOT water this dirt unless it becomes dry (and by dry I mean almost desert like) mold will kill clones easy if you over water..

This is from experience not reading.

Also leave them alone for at least 1.5 weeks before checking for roots.. dirt is about 1-2 weeks slower than a simple cloner.. hence why I said to build one..!
