I'm sure many of us are can cross reference the picture with one of our own buds.
I know I have some Trainwreck lying in a drawer somewhere.
But honestly, you probably didn't get Trainwreck. Your dealer probably used the name to make his buds more marketable.

Yes. It might not be 100% accurate, but I know I can tell the difference between Trainwreck and White Widow.
Some plants have different bud formations. Thus, certain genetics create certain buds. I thought you went to Oaksterdam. This is right up your alley.

Yeah if he can describe the taste, smell, and high as well as posting a pic then we will prob be able to call bullshit on the strain name. Especially considering that T-wreck is a sativa dom and this dealer prob is movin an indica dom.

That's what I was gonna say is the easiest first clue. If that bud locks you to your couch and makes you feel stoned instead of high, its not Trainwreck. I hate that dealers market their shit as something when they have no idea what it is, but it happens a lot.

I do but thats just conjecture most people make up names to get their bud to sell. Unless you get the genetics yourself you have no ide and it s waste of effort to try to place it. You can take two clones from the same grower and grow them out by two different people and they will alot of the times be very different from each other.
Im sitting in Oaksterdam right now actually.

42047- how I miss my home city. Burn one down for me. The only stuff around campus here would sell for about $150 an ounce in Oakland ($310 here).

The high is so uppity and heady. A strong soaring high. I remember when i first started smoking i had some Trainwreck for my first time, the effects were so psychedelic for me. I actually felt as if i was tripping, & had open eye and closed eye visuals...I even remember asking my friend if the weed was laced with something haha, i was so high, and being one of my first times smoking at the time i didn't know that laced weed was just a myth....
Even still, if i smoke some good Sativa such as Silver Haze, or Jack Herrer, or Kali Mist...I get that psychedelic head space.
