Day 14
I will now start posting update pic's on Sunday
Two weeks
Two days ago a pot smell appeared when opening door to room
Plants are wider than 18 oz cup
Plants are starting 4th set of leaves.
Moved light up 1 inch
Will start adding nutes on day 15

Day 15
OK was going to wait till Sunday but she grew balls over night. Now she is a he.
The biggest plant also turned male.
Also have a plant with a spot on it.Wounder if this is nute burn?
Looks like 4 out of 9 are male.

thats above half atleast. but you should put a bud or two to seed so you have seeds for next grow with one male at least

Yes,
really like the buzz, want to be able to grow 60 are so female plants under a 1000 watts.
Plus these being short plants
, may be able to do a outdoor grow.
The more seeds the merrier.

If i had them under the hps it would be 18/6.
Using 216 watts of T5s the extra time helps growth.

i did 20/4 and i got 80% male.i hear from seed you can f your percentages of male/female by almost anything. especially not giving them 18/6 or complete darkness,etc.....

I got just less than 50% male (4 out of 9)
So I guess I will need 180 seeds growing so maybe I'll have 60 females.
More would be OK.

Day 27
4weeks have passed. Damn time moves fast .
The female group
2 shots of female buds
The Males
Had a little accident as you can tell with the plant in the for ground.
May have to try this with a few female on the next grow.
Think I will just keep the plants in these cups and not transplant.
Turned on all lights(432 watts). Brighten things up.
Now giving 2 ox's water twice a day. More heat and fan.
Pollen sacks are spreading pollen. Hope the females are catching.

what was the accident you had with that male in the foreground? It looks like it has 4 tops to it.

Lowered the light to fast and broke it. Duck tape will not work for this repair.
However, I will try this with a few females next grow. Four nice buds per plant would be sweet.
These few plants are making a great smell.

Day 34
That's right I got a pH problem. Forgot to check the soil pH.
Soil pH 4.7
Water used to correct pH 8.7
Soil after flushing pH6.7
The above is on the 1st plant.
Now to do the other 4 plants.
Will water tomorrow with pH corrected water.
Hope this gets th pH under controll. I know the smoke will so much better with proper pH.
On a good note I can count more seeds than I bought. Can't wait to see how many seeds I get.
On another note the 1000 watter and hps in general has spoiled me. Just not the same but will do for making seeds and clones.
Edit:adjusted pH of all plants. Will check pH again in a few days.
