 help on grow room set up.

alright guys i am setting up my first indoor hydro grow room. i can only have a maximum of 12 plants so u gotta keep that in mind. i was planning on using a set up similar to this. #
do you guys think should get the 400w hps or a 600? also how can i get the most out of my yield per plant. i think i will just take cuttings from the vegging plants to eliminate the mother plant as one. how long could i vegg under those fluorescent?????

also will that ebb & flow system be sufficient to 4 larger plants? how long woud you suggest vegging?

That system will work fine if setup properly. As far as how long to veg I mean...I veg until 1 foot tall usually because I USUALLY have a constant crop BUT if you want to get more yield you veg until you want...Keeping in mind plants will grow another few feet during flowering so you don't want them too tall if you don't have the room.
