They do watch several things but as far as doing something to this extent I don't think they do. I've spent years monitoring incoming/outgoing packets and I have yet to see anything like it...But I quit writing software and doing this type of stuff a couple of years back. This is just a warning if they are invading my privacy:

I can understand how its legal, because you CHOOSE to agree to those terms, they just hide them. However, its pretty damn scary our government is trying to trick its people like this.
