Must be getting to that time of year again. I just watched
an extremely low flying helicopter go right over the 2 plants i had outside. Debating on even checking on them again. My poor ladies....

No way! Move somewhere where they have less helicopters. I'd say we've got about 5 here in Ireland. Why would they use a chopper to look for two plants? And how could they identify them from the air? I'd say don't worry about it. More chance they're looking for increased heat from buildings or something else I imagine.

They tried to drop a rope about the time he made a run for it with his plant.
When they caught up with him he had no plant so they couldn't do shit other than give him some hell over it.
And he didn't think one plant would get their attention but it did.

That can be done yes, but you would be surprised how easy it is to see weed from 60 to 120 feet just on color alone.
I'll try to find the video that shows what I'm refering too.

^yeah, from all the videos i have seen of dea and other special agents doing fly overs they all say they basically just ID plants by the color. That shit sticks out like you wouldn't believe, as stoney said. i've never heard of them using that heat sensing technology for purposes of ID'ing an outdoor plant.

no. The heat is produced by the growlights, IR is only good to find indoor grows and even then all they know is that theres alot of heat.
They use the choppers during the day to find large outdoor grows and sometimes get lucky finding a backyard grow.

There must be some way to fuck up those copters short of a missile. Some false positive that could waste their time or some other measures.

IME, if someone snitches on you and says they know you have a plant growing, they will send a chopper over to check it out from the sky first then if they find it, warrants get signed and pigs start rollin in!
Lived it once. Snitch told them it was in a corn field behind the garage. Chopper went right to that spot, hoovered for a few and started to make circles out from the plant looking for others. In the mean time officers showed up asking to go search the field because they were getting warrants signed to check anyways.
Unless you have a bunch of plants they more then likely will not spot them. Unless you have snitch friends i wouldn't worry too much
