My psychology professor sent me this:
Molten Center Chocolate Cake
INGREDIENTS:
· 1/2 cup butter
· 4 (1 ounce) squares bittersweet chocolate
· 2 eggs
· 2 egg yolks
· 1/4 cup white sugar
· 2 teaspoons all-purpose flour
DIRECTIONS:
1. Preheat oven to 450 degrees F (230 degrees C). Butter and flour four 4 ounce ramekins or custard cups. Take special care to butter and flour the ramekins completely. Any sticking of the cake to the ramekin will tear the cake and release the molten chocolate, thus ruining the presentation of this dessert.
2. In the top half of a double boiler set over simmering water, heat the butter and the chocolate until chocolate is almost completely melted. The better the quality of the chocolate, the better both the cake and the molten chocolate center will be.
3. Beat the eggs, egg yolks and sugar together until light colored and thick.
4. Beat together the melted chocolate and butter. While beating, slowly pour the chocolate mixture into the egg mixture, then quickly beat in the flour and mix until just combined.
5. Divide the batter between the four ramekins and bake at 450 degrees F (230 degrees C) for 6 to 7 minutes. The centers of the cakes will still be quite soft. Remove the cakes from the ramekins by inverting the cake on serving plate, let sit for about 15 seconds and then lift the ramekin off the cake. Serve immediately with whatever topping you prefer. I recommend a scoop of pure vanilla ice cream and a drizzle of raspberry sauce.

Who gives a shit.. there's not even anything illegal in the recipe.

Just copy and pasted it to a notepad and sent to my wifes PC.

The hard part for me is hinding anything with chocolate in it from the kid.

Yea I think I have enough to make this...If not I'll just use some regular butter as well and I'll be sure to eat the entire thing so I get all of the THC. =]
Let me know how it is if you do it before I do. I'm in class for another 6 hours.

I posted a recipe with a liquid chocolate center here as well. Its a little more involved, but if anybody wants to give it a shot it is WELL worth the effort.
