Well if it's a hermie i wouldn't consider it "High Grade"....
But yes, it will still get you high...It just wouldn't turn out as potent as it would have if the plant was female, and you're going to have seeds in your bud

I mean stuff that would otherwise be top notch nugs but became a hermie. It still smells dank, covered in crystals, multicolored trichomes, etc.

I understand what you are saying but there still is no such thing.
top notch, high grade, premium shit is 100% female.
mids are hermie and they get most folks atleast a little high if that answers your questions so I am sure some beasters could make you feel pretty nice.
