This may be a silly question but I have searched for the answer, with no luck.
Is it legal to Sell or Trade male marijuana pollen? It would be an easy way to cross breed your favorite mixes, one bud at a time.

it contains less thc than seeds do. the answer is yes but it may not be allowed on the forums as it's not a mainstream component of the cannabis plant like seeds are.
I asked geo about this when I joined.

I believe that federal government makes any part of a marijuana plant illegal, seeds, pollen,etc. Being a schedule 1 drug, its not supposed to have any useful purpose,medical or otherwise. I'm not a lawyer by any means, but i am pretty sure that pollen and seeds are still illegal.
