you should just put it in your own yard so you can make sure it at least gets enough water, and then if anyone busts you you can just claim ignorance.

 .....if you grow indoors on a small budget.....use compact flourescent bulbs, their pretty cheap and descent....

Honestly I wouldn't suggest you be growing at this point and time. If you are going to risk your civil rights and break the law for something, might as well do it right and not half assed. Plus throwing seeds outdoors and not taking care of them could cause other outdoor growers such as myself to get seedy ass buds cause pollen does float through the air like a plague of locust.

Yea i grew some decent bud outdoors in a small clearing on my property...in nasty-ass clay soil...just make sure that it gets enough water and try to maybe add some black kow or worm castings around the base of the plant to supplement crappy soil...I checked on mine every 2 or 3 weeks during a drought and it was a slow grow but it worked out pretty good...There are sites out there that can tell you when to look for pre-flowers based on your climate zone and latitude...so you can go check and pull up any males as they come up...just make sure its a debatable spot...like if you get caught walking to it you can bring a dog along and act like ur hiking or something...and if it on your property put it in a place so that you can claim that you never go back there and it must have been some douche bag kids planting on ur property...and dont plant in any pattern...make it random...just use common sense...think about what it would look like from the air...and to a random person walking past...good luck and stay safe
