I only get stoned with other people, if I smoke alone I feel like a stoner. lol Not sure why I care though, everyone thinks I'm a stoner the second they see me.

I agree with Hydro. I've been smoking weed for almost 20 years, and I'm talking heavy smoking. For a long time I would smoke weed by myself and I started getting paranoid when I smoked with others unless I was taking xanax or drinking beer. Fucking weird how shit works.
As for the wobbly legs... I dunno. Maybe you are just a little to relaxed when you walk and you need to put some more OOOOMMMPPPHHH into it. LOL
Fuck... I dunno man. Do you run a marathon before you get high? LOL
