Okay nute for flowering or no?

10% nitrogen 15% available phosphate 10% soluble potash .10% iron .05% manganese .05% zinc
Is this fine for flowering or should i invest in something like big bloom. I just had this around the house, so I wanted to ask.
(btw: directions are 7 drops/quart of h2O)

not enough potassium, too much nitrogen. N is good for veg and root development, P/K are for flowering.
