I use an air pump with a bubble stone for this.

H2O2 leaves a residue in the soil of hydrogen which can raise the ph of the soil dramatically.

use 3% of 35% diluted at least and dilute that further such as 1.5% .../maybe he does not want fungus or bacterial growth like using with germinating seeds or somn.

No. He was talking about oxygen. What the hell is 35% anyway? I see 3%. Thats it. It does work, but why would anyone use it? There are better solutions to any problem than using peroxide. Diluted past a .03% peroxide mixture is pointless btw.

I use Hydrogen Peroxide if I ever have any root born fungus problems in DWC. I salvaged a friends grow one time by combating root rot with HP. It has it's uses but providing oxygen to the roots is not one of them.

H2O2 turns your hands white not because it is leaving a residue but the solution actually kills your cells and pigmentation that turns you white. It kills roots to if your not careful.
