 I Need to Auto Upload

I'm running out of disc space so I'm looking for a piece of software that will auto upload the contents of a folder at a scheduled time via FTP. I have been running into a frustrating issue. If I delete something on my hard drive all the software I have found also removes that from the remote server. The sooner I solve this the sooner I can get back yo filling up my hard drives.

great, the one piece of software I actually need I have difficulty finding

Yea, I plan on getting a bigger HD. Was just on newegg checking out my options. I just don't have $$$$ to purchase till next month. I might still back everything up to my web server still after I have all that space just so I feel safe. Why the hell not I have great upload speeds and unlimited space and bandwidth on my server
