That attendance didn't make up like 10-20% of my final grade in nearly every class. I have to show up often, when really I can easily work without going in, saves me time and money. Also with the transit strike and flakey rides, its saves me the hassle of trying to find a way to commute and staying at my cunty friends house.

when attendance counts for so high it makes it much easier to get an A
just like when HW counts for so much
its the EXams that make it difficult

Yea easy marks indeed, that would be easier to get, if it was easier for me to get to school.
I guess I must live closer to school.

I prefer it being all exams, marks for attendance/minimal participation is stupid.

Yea I hate having to go...They don't care if you don't show, but its your ass when you need a 90 on the exam to pass the class.

I would check the syllabus or change my class if attendance was 20% and I didn't want to go.
