I don't think that has anything to do with being high. Taking a shower isn't work, and not taking a shower has nothing to do with being lazy. Do you also shit your pants?

I actually almost did this past weekend while trippin LSD and walking around my friend's campus. Absolutely worst time for diariah to strike.
I don't find showers appealing at all. I shower in my basement, so everytime I get out I'm freezing cold for a few minutes. It makes the whole ordeal not worth it. That being said, I'm going to go take a shower cause I just hiked my ass off.

Just take one so hot that you want to get out by the time you're done washing. Stepping into a cold room feels great if you're so hot form the shower you can barely breathe.
