 New soil mix

Have about 30 bag seeds germinating, and just made up a soil mix and would like some feedback.
I went cheap because i feel the seed stock is shit.
well here she blows.
Potting soil - 1/2
Peat moss - 1/4
Composted cow manure ... just a little for flavor
vermiculite 1/4
I plan to grow out about 15 plants to find a good mother to clone, at that point I'll pick up some good soil or possibly coir and hydro nutes.
lighting is 2 40w cool white flos for veg and 400w hps for flowering.

You should be using perlite rather then verm.

picked up some more supplies today thinking of making a new mix here's what i got:
20qt bag jungle growth potting mix
bag of verm
all purpose plant food
3 blocks coir
1 50lb bag composted cow manure
any advice for a good mix or how much nutes i should use would be nice.
these are the full nutrient mix i plan on staring out with
