So if you were growing really stinky bud is there any way to dispose of the pungent aroma being emitted from your grow room? Of course you would be circulating air into and out of your grow, but you wouldn't want that stink floating next door or out from underneath the house for the meter man to catch a wiff!

"Airtight" is not what you want. Ventilation is necessary, but the air going out of the room should either go to where nobody will smell it (like an attic) or be cleaned by a carbon filter.
