The wetbacks employed by my apartment complex to do maintenance know absolutely NOTHING about maintenance. They had to come in and put new drawers/cabinet doors in and they could hardly use an electric drill, much less get the shit on straight.
Wetback labor seems appropriate for jobs such as ditch digging,silver mining, and any other manual labor that requires no skill, but any skilled labor job they fucking SUCK at. They have no experience doing quality carpentry/construction shit

they installed a new toilet in like 20 minutes
and they even mopped up after usin my mop
i was thankful for them

Toilets are pretty easy to replace. But anything that requires measuring shit, leveling shit, drilling/screwing shit in etc all goes to hell here.

Location is a big one, i can walk everywhere, hardly ever have to drive, and pay relatively low rent for the area, i can deal with shotty maint. staff, I've heard some pretty bad horror stories about ghetto apt complexes like not having hot water for months haha
