I need help with a plant that is 5ft in ground and only used water to grow it what can i do to make it bigger and better??

Giving it some nutrients might help, as long as you don't over-fertilize them. If they are producing buds, giving them products intended to boost flowering would help.

How do you intend on getting more buds if its not budding ?
Do you mean what can you do now to make the buds better in the future ?
give it some nutes, I cant tell you what kind though. someone else may be able to help

if its not even showing budsites and its 5' outdoors...
give it some nutrients, but dont overload it, it might freak out if you give it too much

Veg it longer. Make sure the roots are big and healthy.

You can't tell me that isn't every pot growers dream. A device that would regulate seasons (and possibly weather)  .

How did you know? Seriously though you need to rig a device to control the weather. Watch the Family Guy episode where Stewie is trying to destroy broccoli for details. If you make it not snow this winter, I'm going to be fucking pissed. The snow is all this shit hole state is good for! OP check out the soil forum. You can read your heart out there! Some one said that fertilizing is like cooking. So start small you can always add more.
