Can you get high while boiling a piece?

So I'm boiling a couple pieces right now. Can I get high from inhaling the water vapor coming from the pot(the kind you put on a stove).

Maybe I was a bit too general. The "pieces" that I'm boiling have resin in them.

I don't know if you can, but I speak from personal experience that when I boil my pipes, I like to inhale the steam, and that I think it gives me a little buzz.  It could be psychological, but what the hell, why not.

If you can though, try to get as much resin as you can out, and just smoke it.  Now that I can guaruntee as a pleasant experience.

Oh, I just want to say that it's a real bitch cleaning the pot that you boil pipes in.  It really cooks onto the sides.

Yeah, I'm just to that point right now. Though, this is not my first time boiling a pipe.

On a side note, it doesn't seem to have boiled out too well. Should I have just left it in longer?

Resin is pretty gross. I remember a time where on occasion I would get super high from smoking some resin, but the last times I've done it that wasn't true.

Most of all, I hate the taste of resin. I have to take resin hits with a chaser. Although I'd probably still do it if I didn't have any weed at the time..
