Qualify? It's cheap and actually taste like beer unlike most cheap brews. I like good beer as much as the next but it's expensive.

we have something called "black and blue" here, when i get it i get: guinness and sweet water blue
i'm not a beer snob though, if it's beer ill drink it, but i prefer light beer to heavy beer. easier to drink more imo.
