Its really up to you, depending on your situation and what you are looking for. As soon as they are rooted, they can be put into flowering, but, obviously, the longer you let them stay in the vegetative state, the bigger yield you'll get once you put them into flower.

you probably don't need to veg very long at all to get a ounce dried off almost any plant.
even with a 400w light (I don't know what you use) you could expect what you are expecting almost.

bullshit. i've grown low yielding strains before (kush, sour diesel, etc) that didn't even give me half ounce each plant.
OP: how much space you growing in? what kind of light/s are you using? soil? hydro?
