i got the job i am only a dishwasher but rent is due and i dont got a penny to my name right now plus i didnt smoke today and that sucks the all mighty cock and balls but things are lookin up. i am still lookin for a digital camera to show them babies i got growin.

He keeps calling in sick last minute (like 5 minutes before his shift starts), leaving early when his work isn't done, and generally slacking off. He's also very disrespectful... probably because I'm female and half his age.

I make $8.00, which isn't bad. The hours are like 5 to close, which depends on the night but is usually around 12. The dishroom is hot as fuck, but i gotta have a job over the summer, so I can't complain.
I just got a new job making 12 an hour working with special needs kids for next summer.

I make 8.75/hour at my job....but i am leaving there soon. Washing dishes is one of my duties though. Bakery/Deli department in a grocery store, not a cool job.

Bakery and Deli can be a fun job sometimes.
Unless it's the dead middle of summer, and you work behind a >1000 pound oven, next to a boiling kettle with a 150 gallon capacity, and the AC guy replaced the wrong unit last week so after a shift that starts at 5AM you already have lost 10 pounds of water sweating it out over zits that should have disappeared 7 years ago.
But if you work with your friends, it makes all the difference.

Damn, I feel sorry for y'all. The economy is pretty decent where I'm at, so I'm making $14/hr at my entry level part time job and $20/hr at my slightly-above-entry level job.
