Veg times

Ok so i have been doing this for about a year now and I have been trying to figure out the best amount of veg time to get the most out of my boxes i have two 4×4×7 flowering boxes i just want to get the most bang out of what I have

Shoot for the shortest veg time you can manage while still getting a full canopy. Best to run as many plants as you can in there, 16 per 4x4 is a good number depending on your grow style. More plants means less veg time and a wider pool to select from if you are doing a pheno hunt.

7 feet high minus lights or whatever is a lot of height to work with. I'd look into SCROG and get a nice 4x4 even canopy then send it. I also like to top plants multiple times and use LST. The more tops you have the more harvest you'll have..
It does take time to train though.

Lookup sea of green grows if you are looking for quick. My buddy used to run autos under big lights on the floor. Just hundreds of them super small quick plants.
