That one is a toss up.
Back in my meth days the longest I stayed awake was about 3-4 days, at that point the lack of food and sleep were causing some hallucinations. The paranoia sucks, but you know it will stop after getting some sleep.
At least alkyhol DTs provide some very fun tremors and impending sense of doom
I bet there are some damn fine deals on tweaker handies in those small towns

I have hemorrhoids. Sometimes I shit blood and it feels like my ass got blowtorched.
All you can do is try to meditate and your eyes tear up from the pain.
My sister has fibromyalgia and keeps vomiting. She can't keep a job.
Mom has type 2 Diabetes and gets swollen and infected lower legs with blisters that ooze clear fluid.
I am studying Chinese Herbal Medicine so I can help people one day.
I don't want to charge a lot of money.
In China you can go to a hospital without insurance even and it costs $7. They will give you Herbs.
With insurance it costs $2.
The state subsidizes it.
China has a problem where everyone saves their money and all the stores keep going out of business because no one spends money.

A touch of the ol' herb bug got me young thanks to my Mom. They do work incredibly well without the side effects of western medicine.
I'll be damned if anyone I reccomend them to will consistently take any for more than a few days without giving up and complaining that they didn't notice much of a difference; they want the near instant effect that pharmaceuticals provide...
Hemmeroids tear my ass up too, this is my go-to:
This combination may help your Mom's pancreas to keep blood sugar levels stable. My Mom has blood sugar issues too, this seems to keep it under control without needing prescription medication:
No clue about what would help with fibromyalgia related vomiting off the top of my head though. I'll check my herb glossary for any information.

I moved my Chi through my extremities a couple hours ago.
It is best to do every day.
Sedentary people don't Circulate Chi through their extremities.
I study disabled people. Many of them are completely frozen and never move.
I know some Chi Gong for circulating Chi without moving!
It stops working well when the person has mostly or completely stopped moving.
I want to learn the Acupuncture for help with this dilemma!
I want to study Chinese Herbal Medicine in China. Shanghai is home of the best University.
Shanghai is like going to Harvard.
I am learning Acupuncture and Meridian Theory at the same time. Massage is cool. I need to go to a school to go hands on.
I want to compete with all the other students to see who is the best at healing patients who are suffering from disease.
