225.4 lbs after my morning piss 
I ate oatmeal and 1 toast w/jelly
Lunch was sushi and apple
Dinner was tuna steak small apple and sugar free jello
I have started taking Release weight loss shit
Itβs for insulin resistance so it goes after belly fat
If I lose 25 more lbs and keep hitting my weight bench I might even start seeing a six pack
