Pale leaves from seed

I have a question if someone would be so kind. I am using Bio Mix All Mix that has a PH of 6.2 and I am balancing my water before watering. I use 1ml per ltr of Bio Mix Grow as pe their recommendations but my plant seems to be lacking either Nitrogen/Potassium or my PH is wonky. Ordered some Dolomite Lime someone suggested and used a little baking soda in the meantime. Am I doing something wrong and if so what can I do to correct it. Any help is appreciated.

That shit looks rough. Have you tried ocean forest soil? I never have that issue and can take it a month or more from seed looking healthy as hell with just water. You’re definitely deficient somewhere but idk where exactly. Maybe ph lockout.
