If you can keep them healthy indoors until the last frost date in your area, Bob's your uncle.
You'll have to make sure that you're giving them strong enough light before you transplant as well, if they're used to weaker light and they suddenly get full sun, the leaves can get fried.

I have my clones and mother growing indoors until I can put them outside in March.
I just keep them pruned, and I don't give them extended light cycles.

One of my 7 seeds is sprouted, is there a chemical solution I can use to sprout them?

How did you go about trying to germinate them?
I used the paper towel method and all of my seeds just germinated.
Also, you should give them more time. Last time, some of my seeds didn't germinate as fast as the others, so I chucked them in a houseplant pot.
Well, about a week later, I found cannabis sprouts growing in with the philodendrons, hahaha!

How was the temp? I keep mine on top my grow light, which heats the container up nicely.

To the sun? Indeed, I prefer to do so with dimmable LEDs, especially with my veggies in the spring. If the sun's your only option, shade cloth works well, good to use while the roots are getting established if you transplant when you move the plants outside as well.

Sorry to hear that, but it happens, try not to get discouraged. Nobody starts with a green thumb, it's very much a learned skill. The important part is identifying where you went wrong, and determining how to move forward with that information.
Most of the time with seedlings, it's a simple noob mistake like humidity domes, overwatering, pooling water, etc. leading to damping off or other problems.
I like to start my seeds in cell trays with coco or jiffy plugs. 12 hour soak, transfer to cell trays or plugs, and place in a warm area. Sometimes seed heating mats get too hot, so be mindful of that if you use one.
Water only when they need it, and I typically feed balanced, pH'd ionic nutrients every watering as soon as they sprout.

What were you using for lighting? Generally long thin stems on a seedling are the result of weak lighting, it's a common misconception that seedlings are sensitive to light, when in fact you can direct sow most seeds in the ground in full sun without issue.
Have any more veggie seeds to practice on?
