Growing predatory insect haven crops with your cannabis
    #856627 - 05/15/22 09:41 AM (2 years, 2 months ago)

I worked an organic farm one Summer and they had about four acres of predatory insect haven plants, planted.  It was full of lacewings and ladybugs.  They didn't need to spray for insects on the farm.
If you are growing professionally and have a good hunk of land, you might want to look into haven crops for predatory insects.
The biggest problem on the farm was the rodents.  I spent a lot of time setting traps for rodents.
Has anyone had a problem with insect damage on an organic grow outdoors in California, for instance?
I am interested to know.

I worked on an organic farm for a Summer, and we didn't have to spray for insects because we had a four-acre area full of plants that attracted predatory insects like lacewings and ladybugs. If you're growing professionally and have enough land, you might want to look into planting haven crops for these insects. It's a great way to keep pests under control without using any chemicals. As for insect damage on organic grows in California, I'm not exactly sure. But I do know that there are plenty of resources out there for organic growers who want to avoid using chemicals. In fact, I recently read an article about the best CBD oil for pain that helped me choose the best product for my needs. It's amazing how much information is out there if you're willing to do a bit of research!
