 Using Hemp to Relieve Stress

Hello. Is anybody here using hemp buds to relieve stress? How is it going? Never tried using it, but I am planning. I just hope to get more info about it before I start using it. Thanks!

Welcome to the growery! 
I haven't directly smoked hemp buds or a high CBD cannabis flower, but I have dosed CBD distillate before. It did seem to help with stress and acted as a decent sleep aid.

I would go the isolate/distillate route for cost effectiveness. You can get CBD isolate for $6 a g or less these days. Fully compliant live hemp rosin is also a thing, though it's still pretty rare.
Hemp flower quality will probably vary greatly, whereas extracts will be more consistent.
As far as other anti-stress herbs go, I'd also look into adaptogens such as holy basil, ginseng, schisandra, and reishi mushrooms. The basil, schisandra, and reishi can all be grown at home if you have a green thumb.

I've vaped a couple of times high CBD(8% or more) strains, so not an expert by any means. They tend to have a calming and sleepy effect.
For stress, I would try a hybrid, high THC and high CBD.
