Uhhh I guess you can let it marinade for 24 hours instead of like 8 that I did 
As I said if you cut with the grain it will be more jerky like, if you cut against the grain it will be easier to chew.

24 hr marinade is good , once I did 48 hrs on accident cause got busy n what sorts, that may have been the best ever
I always marinade in soy sauce , chili pepper flakes , salt , pepper, garlic powder etc.
Now I'm craving joiky
We usually cut against the grain , makes for a nice split when you bite

I got started on Arduinos for some of my hobbies and eventually for grad school (implementing advanced control systems). That got me where I needed to go for C/C++.
Python was similar, I just decided I wanted to create a program that would stack on top of minecraft and play the game like a regular user, but follow what I told it to do. I'd like to eventually build on that concept and get it to the point that I can create a model of something in solidworks and have my program build it in my survival minecraft world.
Basically, you can start with a python for dummies book, google, and stack overflow and learn whatever language you want. I have yet to find a coding course that actually helps you learn how to code, most of them just choose a language to work in and teach you the fundamental best practices in coding, with examples in whichever language they chose for the class.
If its a lower level language like C/C++, you might also get to learn about memory and how its manipulated with code. I personally think that is a more advanced topic to cover after you learn the language basics, but it really unlocks a lot more when you know what's happening in memory as code is implemented.

nice.
just did some grain xfers, had just enough left over to spawn another little container, have one that should start pinning tonight or tomorrow. For the first time in my mycology game feeling confident enough to PC some quart jars for my next xfers. Even if they become bacterial i feel certain theyll at least give me shoeboxes. got plenty of agar on stasis for later.
now if only my plants could stop fuckin me around
i actually do still have my ny diesel auto but she flipped super tiny, will be chopping it soon, better than nothing i guess
