Big scoop of peanut butter in the morning.
Banana for a mid-morning snack.
Sandwich for Lunch
Handful of peanuts/cashews/almonds/etc. for mid-afternoon snack.
Half of what you'd normally eat for dinner
No soda or sweet tea, only water and unsweet tea.
Get some watermelon or pineapple, snack on a few cubes of that if you can't stand not having a snack.
This diet plus a little walking in the afternoons had me drop close to 40lbs in the last 6 months.
