I quit nicotine as well. But my life has been quite....dark recently and I've never had a real cigar back when I did smoke so fuck it. It was good. If it would be the reason I die I would be ok with that. It was nice company especially when I've been alone for a long time now

Thats good your kickin the habitor atleast testing the waters.
Most of my mates smoke ciggies and weed and drink. I dont drink. None of em smoke cigars. I just wanna be different. But also a big cigar seems like it would last all night. Sometimes i like to stay up late. I would only smoke on those type of nights. Ive never had one so there’s a chance i might not even like it/make a habit out of it.

From reading up on etiquette it's not meant for nicotine addiction. It's meant to smoke when you have at least an hour of free time, you don't inhale and are meant to appreciate the flavors.

●Never lick it
●Never remove the band(unless you do want to smoke it to nub )
●Dry draw to get a preview of the flavors.
●when lighting dont touch flame to the cigar, tilt it 45 degrees and twist the cigar while flame barely kisses it then gently blow on the cigar to get it to burn evenly.
●Never inhale(you can, however, retrohale)
●Never snuff it out by squishing. Set it in ash try and let it go out if you are done.
●It is best enjoyed in one go. Only time you should relight it is if it goes out while you are chilling.
●you should only smoke it down halfway in some circles but others say 3 finger width remaining. I say you do you.
