I was 215 in June, now I'm sitting around 180.
Started eating better, stopped drinking energy drinks, cut down to almost no caffeine, started doing a little more exercise.
Keep it up, Paw...don't do the deidz. There's so many rocks to destroy and raised beds to be risen'd.

I weighed 149 lbs when I went into navy boot camp
I was 6β1β. 70 days later I was 178 lbs
9 months later I was 190 lbs pure muscle

Weight is just a number. It means nothing without height. I dont know what i weigh in at right now but its not a lot. Im also 6ft nothing. In asia they equate weight with wealth. So if you can afford to over eat you must have the money to do so. Kinda not how it works in first world countries.

Bullshit I'm not lucky. I HAVE BEEN THE SAME since high-school. I can't gain weight. I can gain a little muscle and tone that muscle extremely fast but it can also go away extremely fast. But if it goes away I'm not unhealthy just not toned. Does not matter how much I eat or exercise. I have come to terms with the fact I'll never get that weight

Yeah my dad was in the military his whole life and especially during wartime he was fucking RIPPED. I would have been afraid to fight him if I was anyone..... RIP dad <3

I'm 6'0".
Cut down on caffeine.
Focused on stress reduction activities
Significantly changed my diet (2tbsp of peanut butter for breakfast, a small sandwich for lunch, and a decent high protein meal for dinner).
Weekend hikes, daily stretches and core exercises.

Exercise man! People think just changing diets will do something. Maybe help your immune system but for a healthy body you need to go outside and exercise. We are animals meant to hunt. Hunting works muscles. Working muscles burns fat etc.

That is very true, body composition is way more important than weight, and while you can easily modify weight through diet, you need a combo of good diet and diverse exercise to get that healthy body composition.
