Run off has ppm increase with ph problems I cant seem to solve

Run off has ppm increase with ph problems I cant seem to solve

Im growing autos in coco

Currently putting in general hydroponics nutrients with cal mag , I use RO water

I put all my nutrients in up to about 800-825 ppm then PH the water to 6.0-6.1

Run off is 1100 ppm , ph is 5.5

Is the extra PPM in the run off causing problems ?

My plants are showing signs of ph problems but PH numbers seem to be with in the range for coco

Plant is also showing signs of either slight nutrient burn or maybe lights too bright as the tips of some leaves are burning

Any Ideas?
