 pH problems delayed flower formation?

Hello all,
I have some plants flowering and they've been going about 11 weeks, they look like they could use at least 3 more weeks. I had some pH issues for a couple of weeks, and upon getting the pH back to the correct levels, the plants exploded in growth. They had stalled somewhat for those 2 weeks, growing very slowly.
My question is:
Do pH problems sometimes cause plants to take longer to reach maturity?

pH problems can stunt growth, yes.

All kinds of stress and dificiencies will cause temporary stunted and delayed growth. Different strains react to these issues differently. but i cant really comment on the extent that a particular stresser has on delayed growth. good luck.
