I have the pain of being on drugs that are shrinking my brain. It comes with an average 20 year reduction in my lifespan, liver damage, and painful monthly injections. This is just for one of my diseases.
Hippo, have you tried topical cannabis products for your wrists? I believe even root extracts can be helpful in reducing inflammation, but something with a mix of THC and CBD and maybe some terpenes would be good to try.
Once I have enough weed to play with, I intend on making some topicals for a few people I know with joint pain. The stuff at the dispensary sells for $100 for a small container, so I haven't tried any yet, but I am curious to see how well it works!

Yeah. I am a musician. And wrist problems have severely restricted my ability to perform. Music performance was one of my biggest de-stressors.
So when I Feel down, I can't really play music to get better so that makes me feel worse

I haven't tried any ye. Unfortunately I have been Finishing up graduate school so I had to do a lot of typing and wrist usage. Now that I am finished, I plan on trying to rest and relax for about 2 weeks to see if that will help at all. It could be carpal tunnel, but it could just be torn wrist... If it still hurts after that I will probably try and get the surgery.
In the mean time I will try and get some of the topical oils
