 how often do i feed for ebb and flo

i have ebb and flow system just 6 plants in my big boy setup right now, how often do the pumps turn on, and how long do the roots stay touching/submerged in water for? ive read 3 times a day and 30 mins a time, and ive heard every 2 hours for 20 mins at a time, im taking clones from aeroponic cloner with healthy roots straight to the ebb an flow, hydroton buckets.. all help appriciated

Every three hours has worked for me sense 1985. As soon as the system is full have it drain back. The system does not need to sit full for any amount of time.
