I'm using a 4x4 tent with a 1000watt switchable, I have a 6 inch placed in a room kept at 21 Celsius drawing air over the 1000watt and outside. I also have a 4 inch airscrubber taking air from in the tent going outside. My temps are at 26 Celsius. To cool both 600 watts I would go with 8 inch at least in my opinion.
