Yo, it's August something lol and my outdoor plant has yet to sho signs of flowering, it's about 2-3 feet tall beautiful smells delicious but there's no signs of the 'stretch' faze nor flowering, there is a couple green hairs I guess but idk

Depends if the strain is a mostly Sativa you may be in trouble of it not finishing before your winter rolls in. Most Indicas have at least started showing signs by now.
