 Need help in growing an autoflower outside

hi,
I live in a relatively cold climate, but It is summer and it is actually very warm here right now, for the next three months at least. I was wondering, If I get some autoflower seeds and plant them outside by the end of the first week of july, would they be ready by the end of september? and would they flower and grow just fine outside in the summer sun? I've really wanted to grow a plant or two for a while now, and seeing how autoflowers grow much faster than regular varieties and practically skip the vegetative stage, I was wondering if 10 or 11 weeks of summer would be enough to properly grow a few autoflowers?

Depending on what strain and what vendor you buy from that should be enough time just make sure your research what ever strain you plan on growing Ive had autos take over 13 weeks

So if I get a fast autoflowering strain then I do not need an expensive indoor setup with lights, fans, etc. ?
I can simply grow it outdoors under the sun and should be done hopefully in 10 weeks from seed?
