Both will work for clones. They will work to keep your moms live. Your going to have to keep the light like 2 inches away from the top of the plant. I like them they put off little heat. yoy will just have to work with them under the light and see how they stretch .Different strains act different.

Yeah that plenty enough light for your clones. I only use 1 regular 4 foot fluorescent over my 60 site ez cloner and have roots in 10-12 days.

That 200w floro is enough to get a mom nice and big and keep her healthy. I wouldn't imagine no problems getting 27 cuts every month.
