Just compiled this spreadsheet to estimate the potential yield over various size spaces for my own needs and I figure others might be able to get some use out of it.
Each "tray" is 2x4' and each line is an additional 8sq-ft. Each column represents the potential yield in "grams per square-meter", which I think is the most important factor when determining potential yield. Broken into 50g/m^2 columns so you can estimate your potential yield a bit more easier than trying to figure how many watt bulb or how it will compare to your light source.
After your harvest you can calculate your g/m^2 and see how close you are to reaching that 6-700 mark and adjust accordingly.
