Scrambled %90 of the time bitches. Loaded with cheese and topped with salsa.
Poached eggs are fucking boss too. I could eat hollandaise like pudding.
Black pepper, black pepper on everything.

Overeasy with salt and pepper (and a big ass plate of corned beef hash or chipped beef) 98% of the time. Other 2% scrambled.

I butter up the pan crack an egg or two over it and scramble em up in the pan, i have a very specific scrambling method.
Get them pretty brown on the bottom, flip the pile and brown the other side a bit.
Add turmeric, salt and pepper.
Bomb.

You guys ever have a scrambled egg sandwich? It's just eggs on two buttered pieces of toast with ketchup if you want. My mom used to make me them. Surprisingly good.

You ever make toad-in-a-hole/popeyes? It's just bread with holes in the center (about 1/1.5" in diameter) toasted in a pan with an egg fried in the middle.

I haven't but I've always been meaning to. I'm going camping and that looks like good camp food, so maybe I'll try there.

when camping I make something very similar:
I fry up some bacon
make a ring out of shredded potatoes (I shred the potatoes at home)
fry the potatoes in the bacon grease
crack an egg into the center of the ring
and top with cheese

Scrambled most of the time.
Over easy if I'm putting them on bread. I like to let the yoke soak into the bread.

I'm a big boy. I eat a lot, 6 x a day approx 40-50 grams of protein a meal I don't calorie count just try to keep it reasonable, which is why I'm still chunky after years of training.
6'3, 270lb, 18% body fat
I guess reasonably good shape, I want to get down to 240 and 10% body fat in a year.

I like to get the bulk of my cooking done in advance, I reserve some time to grill up steak and throw some fish in the oven. Most of my meals are prepared in advance, so no omelettes.
I also eat hard boiled eggs because they don't make me bloated like scrambled.
I love omelets though.
